* If your order has not arrived within the time period, there maybe delay due to your country's custom clearing process. Feel free to email us to help you locate your package at anytime.
* Normal order cut-off time is 11:59PM Pacific Time (2:59 PM Eastern Standard Time) every day to process on the next business day, and Ship out on the following business day (Please allow 12 hours processing time and 12 hours shipping time = 24 hours).
* We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, customs clearing process, or carrier complications.
* Occasional delay in processing time or cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or out of stock.

If your shipment is lost or damaged we will reship once at our expense. Your purchases will be sent directly by courier from our distribution centers your door.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.
Tracking Number:
We can ship items in 1-2 business days after your full payment have been confirmed. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically. If you don't received the tracking number timely, please feel free to contact us.
Estimate Delivery Time:
Your items will be shipped after your payment method clears, usually within 1-2 business days. Frequently your items shipping will occur the day AFTER payment clears.
Your package's arrival depends on different factors. Your package is subject to go through Customs. And it may be delayed in Customs processing. Typically you package will arrive in 7-10 days.

Many Items ship out from our office, so please check your local ems link in 2-5 days when you got the tracking no.. If you don't received your tracking number, please feel free to contact us to get it.
