1. Are all your items in stock?

Yes, but occasionally the stock levels might reduce due to demand. If for any reason an Item is still displayed and you pay then we will contact you as quickly as possible and refund you.


2. Can I get any special discount for my order?

3. Why the order I paid was canceled

If we returned your money to you and closed your order, it is most likely because we were unable to verify your payment, or the products you want ordered are out of stock. In most cases, our customer service staff will contact you by phone or email to discuss the matter with you, but if we can not get in touch with you within 5 days time after we receive your payment, we will automatically return the funds to you. It is our responsibility to ensure the safety of your money and purchase order.


4. How do i cancel the order?

All the orders placed on our site are available to be cancelled within 6 hours, but if we have already dispatched the order we cannot guarantee a cancellation, sorry for inconvenience. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling customer service. Once our warehouses have scanned an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.


5. Why does one item always remain in my shopping cart?

Shopping cart problems usually occur from one or more of the following reasons:

3. The terminal you are using is behind a firewall.

If all else fails, try closing all programs, restart your computer or even try from a different computer.


6. How long will it take to delivery?

Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. Processing takes 3 work days normally. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. EMS shipping normally takes 7-10 work days.


7. How do I track my order?

We ship via EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE to ensure fast and secure shipping to any destination. After we send out your order, we will email you the tracking number and tracking links to your registered email address. If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping & handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.

We make every attempt possible to reflect the actual colour of the products in the images presented on this web site. However, products may exhibit some irregularities and variations in colour and texture.

The accuracy of the images displayed also depends on the type of monitor used and the computer settings. Where possible, multiple views of the product are provided, to minimise any discrepancies.


11. Can I contact you by phone?

Yes we are reachable by phone,see contact us page. If you call and reach voicemail, all lines are in use. Please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. It would be helpful to know the reason you are calling. If you are calling about the status of your order, please leave your name, order number if you have it, and phone number. If you are calling to check the availability of a shoe, please let us know which shoe(s) you are interested in.


12. Do you have a catalog?

No. Our website is our catalog.


13. Is there a store in my area?

We are a retailer of the products we sell; therefore we do not have information about other retail store locations. You must contact the company directly to obtain this information.


14. What if I have worn my shoes? Can I still return them?

No. We cannot take back worn shoes, as we will not be able to resell them. If worn shoes are sent back to us they will be shipped back to you at your expense. All shoes asking for return should be in new condition,including package.


15. I do not have a PayPal account?

You do not need one; you can pay by debit/credit card. Details on how to do this are displayed in the information panel to the right.


16. What if i am not available on my delivery date?

If you are not available to sign for your order then it will be returned to your local sorting office for an automatic delivery, or an arrangement made by yourself. A delivery card should have been left.


17. Do I have to sign for delivery?

Yes, all orders require a signature.


18. What if my items are faulty?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know, we will endeavour to sort this out for you.

20. What is jordannike.com's Return Policy?

We will gladly accept return in brand new condition. All shoes purchased from jordannike.com can only be returned in brand new condition with original box and all applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original shoe laces, etc..) The return must be requested 14 days from the day the shoes are delivered to our customers. Returns and exchanges back to us must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved. 21. Does jordannike.com have a satisfaction guarantee?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product within 14 days of receipt you can send it back to us for full refund (less shipping fees)

All returns and exchanges must be in original new condition with all accessories in new condition. We cannot take back any worn or used products. Additional shipping fee will be requested for exchange.
